4mPOWER Finance system for the lending company


Optima Sp. z o.o. specializes in cash loans. The company is part of international Dollar Financial Group, which has operated in the financial services market for over 30 years. The company steadily expands its area of activity. Employees of the company Optima comprise a team of more than 1000 people.

Implementation context

Taking into account the dynamic development of the company and high competitiveness of the financial sector, the company decided to implement an IT system to support the work and activities in the field. The key competitiveness factors in the financial market are competence, quality, innovation, performance, and time. The selection of a reliable and dedicated IT solution to manage a group of field employees was important for raising the company's competitiveness on the market. Optima decided to implement the 4mPOWER Finance solution.

System functionality

The system is based on the 4mPOWER engine, which has operated successfully in other industries for years. However, it was expanded by functions dedicated to the financial sector. The system has been developed in close cooperation with specialists on the financial market in response to specific needs. The system was implemented in 2015. 4mPOWER Finance solution selected by Optima supports and records the work of 3 main parties: brokers, intermediaries, POS. 4mPower system implemented at Optima includes: CRM supporting the whole organizational structure of the company (field and office employees), the advanced planning and optimization system, analysis system, application and borrowing agreements management system, RDM, and a mapping system with geolocation. 4mPower system has been integrated with proprietary Optima systems by Integra Softline. Integra retrieves and aggregates information in a single system. It enables to perform the following actions supporting the management staff: analysis processes, task requests (group, auto, etc.), targeting, and the processes of marketing and telemarketing departments: responding to requests, surveys, e-learning, virtual store of marketing materials, campaigns, etc.
